Our ESG policy reflects our ambition to be a sustainable and ethical company that meets the expectations and demands of our stakeholders. We are proud of the impact that our products have on the environment, society, and governance. We monitor and report on the environmental, social, and governance impact of our products, such as their life cycle assessment, carbon intensity, and circularity, their contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, their social value creation, and their customer satisfaction, and their compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, their adherence to the ethical standards and best practices, and their transparency and accountability. We also seek to improve our products’ environmental, social, and governance performance and reduce their negative externalities and increase their positive externalities. Our ESG policy covers the following areas:
- Environmental impact: We will monitor and report on the environmental impact of our products, such as their life cycle assessment, carbon intensity, and circularity. We will also seek to improve our products’ environmental performance and reduce their negative externalities.
- Social impact: We will monitor and report on the social impact of our products, such as their contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, their social value creation, and their customer satisfaction. We will also seek to improve our products’ social performance and increase their positive externalities.
- Governance impact: We will monitor and report on the governance impact of our products, such as their compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, their adherence to the ethical standards and best practices, and their transparency and accountability. We will also seek to improve our products’ governance performance and enhance their trustworthiness and reputation.
Net Zero Policy
Our Net Zero policy reflects our commitment to combat climate change and reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. We are determined to lower our carbon footprint by implementing energy efficiency measures, switching to renewable energy sources, and optimizing our transportation and logistics. We also design and develop our products to be low-carbon and energy-efficient. We offset any remaining emissions that we cannot eliminate by investing in credible and verified carbon removal projects, such as reforestation, carbon capture and storage, and biochar. We also support and collaborate with organizations and initiatives that promote and advance the development of carbon removal technologies and solutions. Our Net Zero policy covers the following areas:
- Carbon footprint measurement: We will measure and report on our carbon footprint on a regular basis, using internationally recognized standards and methodologies. We will also set and track our emission reduction targets and milestones.
- Carbon footprint reduction: We will reduce our carbon footprint by implementing energy efficiency measures, switching to renewable energy sources, and optimizing our transportation and logistics. We will also design and develop our products to be low-carbon and energy-efficient.

Implementation
We will implement our CSR, Net Zero and ESG policy in our products, people and partners by following these steps:

- We will integrate our policy into our strategy, planning, and decision-making processes, and ensure that it is aligned with our vision, mission, and goals.
- We will communicate and engage with our stakeholders on our policy and solicit their feedback and input on its improvement and development.
- We will train and educate our employees on our policy and foster a culture of sustainability and ethics in our workplace.
- We will select and collaborate with our partners that share our policy and encourage them to adopt and implement similar policies in their own operations and practices.
- We will monitor and evaluate our policy’s performance and impact, and report on our progress and achievements on a regular basis.
- We will review and update our policy periodically, and incorporate the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in CSR, Net Zero and ESG.
